TOP LIFE was founded with a passion for empowering individuals with disabilities through reliable, innovative support. We previously delivered registered NDIS services, building a strong foundation before the impacts of COVID-19. Led by Dominic, whose diverse background spans engineering, maintenance, customer service, community programs, and facilities management, we bring a unique blend of technical problem-solving and people-centered care to every interaction. This multidisciplinary approach allows us to create practical, sustainable solutions that truly enhance participants’ lives.

Dominic – Founder and Lead Support Coordinator
Dominic is an experienced and committed support worker with a deep passion for empowering individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives. With a background in engineering, facilities management, maintenance, and customer service, he brings strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on creating safe, efficient, and inclusive environments for every participant.
Dominic holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering, a Diploma of Community Services Case Management, and a Certificate IV in Small Business, along with extensive council experience in community programs and facilities. His diverse professional journey over the years has honed his ability to coordinate supports, build meaningful connections, and deliver care with integrity and empathy.He is fully compliant with NDIS requirements,
As he relaunches TOP LIFE in the disability support sector, Dominic is dedicated to helping NDIS participants achieve their goals, promote independence, and navigate their plans through personalized coordination in a supportive and respectful manner
Abby – Support Worker
Abby is a compassionate and dedicated support worker with a strong passion for helping others improve their quality of life. With a background in hospitality and fitness, she brings excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine commitment to creating positive and empowering experiences for every client.
Abby holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative Science, Certificates III and IV in Fitness, and a Certificate III in Hospitality, along with current First Aid and Working With Children certifications. Her diverse experience over the past four years in customer-focused roles has strengthened her ability to connect with people from all walks of life and provide care with empathy and respect. She is fully compliant with all NDIS worker requirements.
As she begins her journey in the disability support field, Abby is dedicated to supporting individuals in achieving their goals, promoting independence, and encouraging healthy, active living in a safe and supportive environment.
Merait – Support Worker
Merait is a caring and reliable Support Worker with over five years of experience supporting people through NDIS Disability Services and Aged Care. She also works as a School Teacher Assistant, providing support to children with additional needs. Merait holds a Certificate IV in Disability and brings strong values of empathy, patience, respect, and reliability to her work. She is passionate about delivering kind, person-centred support that promotes independence, confidence, and overall wellbeing.
